Vibrant workplaces
We created a vibrant and exciting workspace for our client Guthrie Douglas Group bringing their offices up to date with modern working practices and staff expectations. Reflective of the company ethos ‘practical, intelligent engineering’, colourful meeting rooms and break-out spaces provide a variety of working options for staff to engage in for this fresh and inspiring commercial office fit out.
Community focused housing
We worked collaboratively with Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt Architects to deliver this significant urban regeneration project in Horsham. Responsible for the design of 40 houses located toward the west of the site, we developed proposals for a combination of Townhouses, Mews-houses and Gatehouses offering a diverse range of housing typologies on this brownfield development.
High end hospitality
With a focus on preserving and improving properties to increase their value and usefulness, we work closely with our clients to find new opportunities to create new income streams for this wedding venue in Oxfordshire. Our proposals seek to reuse existing spaces and revitalise neglected areas to regenerate this Estate into a high end wedding and hospitality destination.
Production value
We recently completed The Fermentery, a state of the art facility for a leading non-alcoholic drinks manufacturer, REAL Drinks Co. Nestled within the Waddesdon Manor Estate, The Fermentery provides offices, a tasting room, R&D, manufacturing and warehouse areas all under one roof. Our attention to detail and effective design team management ensured the successful delivery of this project.
Creative working
We work with globally recognised service and manufacturing companies renowned for their industry leading approach. Using our creative thinking, we are able to develop proposals that combine a company’s cultural roots with our designs to create office spaces that embody the company ethos throughout, promote cross pollination between departments and encourage creative working.
Unifying workspace
We were appointed by Waddesdon Estates to convert an historic building into a centralised team hub, consolidating 5 core teams into a single space designed to encourage interaction and cross pollination. Collaborating with The I+A Studio, we focused on providing exemplary staff wellbeing, where landscape, sustainability and ecology were central to the project from the outset.
Space for all
Our proposals for a competition for a new community sports pavilion with a focus on sustainability, inclusivity and diversity. With no front or back, our playful proposals combine a sense of fluidity, connectivity and unity to create a unique destination and landmark building for community use. Truly a ‘space for all’.
