Master-planning & Estates

Whether it’s the need to diversify an Estate to provide longevity or new income streams, or to develop a new residential masterplan, our cross-sector knowledge has given us the skills to work at all scales from micro to macro. Our macro work aims to create meaningful change, with a focus on using effective design to bring positive results for our clients.

Residential masterplanning

We worked collaboratively with Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt Architects to deliver this significant urban regeneration project in Horsham.  Responsible for the design of 40 houses located toward the west of the site, we developed proposals for a combination of Townhouses, Mews-houses and Gatehouses offering a diverse range of housing typologies on this brownfield development.

Diversifying estates

With a focus on preserving and improving properties to increase their value and usefulness, we worked closely with our clients to find new opportunities to reuse existing spaces, revitalise neglected areas, and create new income streams for this wedding venue in Oxfordshire. Our proposals seek to regenerate this Estate into a high end wedding venue and hospitality destination.

The big idea

We have assisted our clients to develop those preliminary design studies to inform their business proposals. Like these concept proposals prepared for our client exploring sites for a new holiday park in Wales, whether it's crafting the initial groundbreaking idea or a daring statement, our dedicated team is here to assist you in visualising and realising what you need.

Later living

We work closely with our partners to deliver projects that are sustainable, commercially viable, and meaningful to the community. We focus on not just the buildings, but also the surrounding spaces, history, and socio-economics to create thriving communities as can be seen in our early concept proposals for a later living housing and community development in the Netherlands.
